Before I started the Unlock Your Hip Flexors program, my life is very painful. A month ago, I had fallen off the step of a 6ft ladder and my coccyx is either severely bruised or fractured. I decided to purchase this program with the thinking that I could move a little better with help of these exercises, and I am right. The best thing in this program is I am able to perform the exercises pretty well although plank movements are very difficult for my age of 70, I still try and maybe one day, will be able to do them well.

I’ve been using the Unlock Your Hip Flexors program before my workouts on and off for the past few weeks. Even though I haven’t been as consistent as I’d wanted to, I am feeling major improvement!

As a health professional myself, I’m so happy to have stumbled across “Unlock Your Hip Flexors” for both myself and the clients I work with. I personally deal with a lot of tightness and compression of my hips as the nature of my sports (speed skating, cycling) coupled with my drumming career lends itself to a lot of problems in the surrounding areas. Before I found Unlock Your Hip Flexors, I felt pretty good, I was able to utilize some hip flexor stretches and active release therapy, but found that the tightness of my hips and lower back pain was coming back after a day of sitting writing programs, playing drums or making video content. Since I’ve incorporated the hip flow sequence, I have seen noticeable improvements in my squat pattern, and no longer have a pain in my back after I sit for too long if I haven’t stretched that day.
