This is my first blog post on this site.
I have been blogging for years when it comes to helping health & fitness professionals use exercise to help their clients overcome injuries.
I have had more and more questions from the public on how they can overcome their injuries.
This has lead to this blog.
Goals of the Blog
- Help answer your questions about your injury
- Help you overcome your injuries
- Get you back on track to a life of living pain-free
I am not sure if anyone is reading this but if you are, let me know what you would like to see on the blog.
I am not sure what else to write about but I have started with this blog post and will build on things from here.
